Taylor Hunt Trensch (born May 3, 1989) is an American stage actor. Trensch was born in Tampa, Florida. He attended Elon University in North Carolina. He has already played Moritz in the National Spring Awakening Tour and Dwayne Hoover in the San Diego production of Little Miss Sunshine.
On Broadway, he has already played Boq (Wicked), Gordon and Mark u/s (Rent), Peter (Bare: The Musical), Christopher Boone (the Curious Incident), Barnaby Tucker (Hello, Dolly!) and originated the role of Michael Wormwood in Matilda.
He was most recently the titular actor on the role of Evan Hansen.
